Our story
Built by hand, one facade panel at a time.
LoKolache started with two things we couldn't stop thinking about: really good coffee, and the kolaches we grew up eating that nobody in North Idaho seemed to be making from scratch.
The front wall is going up board by board — a lot of late nights, a lot of hands-on work, a lot of us caring more about getting it right than getting it done fast. What's coming together is a warm, industrial space: light walls that go dark up top, wood shelving, and matte-black fixtures that feel like they've always been here.
